Main Rules

1. No Spamming or Harassment
Spamming (posting/repeating the same thing, posting something irrelevant, or double-posting) is ONLY allowed in the Subway Lounge, otherwise you can be banned! Members are not to harass, ridicule or make fun of anyone in OOC boards, through PMs, or in general discussion out of RPG characters. Any OOC-interpreted harassment is ban material.

2. Characters
Post your character creation form to the Character Creation section. If it is approved, it will be moved to Character listings. You are not allowed to register any existing character in the Charmed © series or claim to have known them without permission from an admin first. Surnames of characters, like Halliwell, are not allowed unless you received permission from an admin. We don’t want random people popping into the RPG saying that they are somehow related to the Charmed Ones and therefore are almighty. You will be assigned powers once your character has been approved.

3. No Power-playing
In the RP section, you are NOT allowed to power-play, i.e. write what another character says, does, or expresses. You may only post your own character’s words and emotions, and CANNOT control any of another character’s actions.

4. No Godmodding
Fights are won (and spells are learnt or gained) according to magical rankings and race. If your characters fight, you must either agree on the result with PMs, or ask an admin or mod to decide the winner by observing the fight.

5. Out Of Character Discussion
Try to keep OOC to a minimum on the RP boards, and remember to clearly mark OOC from IC. All OOC posts must be in quotation boxes

6. Population
If admin has prohibited your family or registering to a certain family for a duration until the ratios are relatively equal, accept this and remember it when creating a character. It makes for more interesting role-play and originality.

7. Signature & Avatar Images
You may only have 1 - 3 signatures per character and we ONLY want real life images for your avatars. Avatars are to be portraits of your character, and only humans! (I.e. No random penguin taking a tan.) Try to be original and make sure you do not choose a taken character - refer to the avatar listings.

8. One account only!
You may have up to three characters per account, and only one account per member!

9. Marked topics
You may not post in topics marked with [P] or ‘private’ unless given permission or invited via PMs. Topics with R-rated content must be marked thus, (nothing X-rated or pornographic is permitted, however) and members are warned that such topics may include sexual content inappropriate for younger ages.

10. Remain as active as possible!
This is going to be a fairly active RPG hopefully, and characters need to remain active for it to function. If you are not active for longer than a month, your character will be deleted. This is to encourage notifying others of absences, etc.
